Returning an order
If you have received your order, but have decided that it’s not quite what you were looking for, you can return the goods and receive a refund under the Distance Selling Regulations.
You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to return your order. Simply let us know in writing by emailing us at email@example.com with your order details and reason for returning.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Any goods which have been assembled cannot be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
It is your responsibility to return the goods at your own cost using a courier of your choice. Alternatively, we can arrange a collection for you at a cost from £45 per item which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to use your own courier, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred.
Due to the nature of mattresses and their intimate nature, we do not accept mattresses back if the packaging has been removed.
We are not able to offer a refund or exchange for made-to-measure items such as divan bases and headboards in specific colours or fabrics unless they are faulty.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at any time, as long as your order has not been dispatched or is a bespoke or personalised item. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will be liable to pay the courier return charge of £40.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you wish to exchange your order, a charge of up to £40 will be incurred.
If any goods are received with any parts missing, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged to the best standards possible, however in very rare instances items can get damaged in transit. Therefore, upon delivery please check each item thoroughly and refuse any damaged goods. It is important that you only sign for the delivery once you have thoroughly inspected the order.
If an item is damaged it must be signed for as damaged on the delivery note.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage to the goods, as we may not be in a position to exchange damaged items at a later time. Photographic evidence will be required in order to replace damaged parts. If you notice any damage after the order has been delivered, again you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement parts are sent out free of charge once we have images of the damage and the part numbers.
