Delivery Information

We understand how important delivery is to our customers, therefore we aim to provide the best service possible.

We deliver for FREE to most parts of the UK. We only charge for delivery to the most Northern parts of the UK, some areas of Wales and the Southern areas of England. Please see below for the list of chargeable postcodes.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will contact you by phone or email with an earliest estimated delivery date. To ensure the delivery team can contact you please add a mobile and landline number to your order.

We use a variety of couriers to deliver our furniture depending on the size of the item. The standard delivery is a one-man delivery to the ground floor only. It is not the driver’s responsibility to take the delivery into your home, it is therefore advisable to make sure that there is adequate help to unload the delivery into your home. For larger items, your order will be delivered by a two-man courier to any room of your choice.

All orders will be delivered within 1 to 14 working days. We will deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 8pm. Saturday delivery is also available at an extra cost. We will send you an email informing you of the delivery method and a tracking number if applicable. In some cases, due to circumstances beyond our control delivery can take longer than we state. Delivery times are our best estimate and do not form part of a contract.

Please ensure there is someone at home to receive the delivery. Once the delivery has been booked in with you and you miss the agreed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £35 towards cost of the failed delivery. If for some reason you are unable to accept the delivery on the agreed date, you must inform us in advance so we can make alternative arrangements.

We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged to the best standards possible, however in very rare instances items can get damaged in transit. Therefore, upon delivery please check each item and refuse any damaged goods. It is important that you only sign for the delivery once you have thoroughly inspected the order. If you notice any damage after the order has been delivered, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.

When your order has been delivered please retain the original packaging until you are sure that you do not need to return the order for any reason.

Our delivery team only offer kerbside delivery for sofas and garden furniture therefore you will need to make your own arrangements for the items to be taken into your home.

Please note, currently we only deliver to Mainland UK. We do not deliver to the following locations: Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Orkney Islands, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands.

The following postcodes are excluded from our free delivery service and will incur a £35 delivery charge: AB, DD, FK 19-21, IV, KW, KA27-28, PA20-78, PH8-50, LL, LD, PL, SA 19-72, SY 15- 25, TQ, TR
